@pierman4858 Sorry, this is a naive view. 1) USSR didn't occupy those countries, they were part of USSR with local politicians ruling Soviet republics; 2) Russia doesn't have rights to decide the future of Eastern Europe, that is right. But in the real politics, the rights are defined by power. If Russia becomes powerful enough, it just takes without asking. 3) Russia has nothing to offer. Have you been there?
