  16.  @wrjtung3456  In order to enforce Morality to the Max, We need a strong set of rules that "make" people "think" if they violate it they will be punished extremely severely for a very long or endless time (like how Hell exists in religion), Without that Morality becomes Weaker as there is Punishment to threaten the Immoral person with, but it isn't as severe as what Religion describes and makes people believe.
