As a fellow Muslim Anti Antinatalist here are the reasons why I HATE antinatalism 1.Most of them can't shut up and keep their opinions to themselves and if you don't agree with them they start to harass you and guilt trip you (The biggest reason why I hate it) 2.They're ecofacists and they support extreme measures like forced sterilization and forced Abortion 3.Who the heck is against basic biology other than a person who doesn't understand it and doesn't see anything good in it? 4.It's gonna lead to the end of humanity because Forced sterilization=Less people=Economy crashes=Less people and more weak=Humanity ending 5.It's like they see children as devils and a sign of immorality which I CAN'T stand because I adore children (Not inappropriately of course) 6.They're very quick to judge and if they see a person with a child and that person has adopted the child they always think of him as selfish 7.It goes against the basic human wiring and the basic human creation 8.A bit of a religious reason but because it's haram in islam (which I believe in) 9.Many of them are nonreligious reddit atheists that throw a tantrum once they see a Natalist Monotheistic religion
