A permanent underclass, in part a criminal class because many can't compete when playing by the rules. Others toiling in constant fear with no rights. Then they have children, some who can cut the mustard, and they vote. Look at the last names of California politicians. Now map this onto Europe as an exercise. You're smart, have a good sense of humor, and I trust you to be scientific in predicting the long-term consequences.
