@dwl3006 More than that, much more, they wanted to denazify Ukraine. Also wanted a bunch of those cute kids in Mariupol, which led to a verdict for that lady who "adopted" them.

Russia doesn't "need" any part of Ukraine. Putin has a dream of restoring the greatness of the Soviet Union. And a truce only gives him time to rebuild.
