Haggling about enforcing immigration laws put in place by our representatives? That's as corrupt as a cop charging for protecting your house from criminals. Now we need new special laws with big loopholes so the existing laws will possibly be enforced. Extortion is such an ugly word but it's more honest than "consternation."
