Since that guy and his crews checked it so thoroughly three times, I'm convinced she's not there, too; though I'd only be an actual 100% if I knew where she was instead. But people misuse absolutes most of the time.

@CB-xr1eg Because one is a definite while the other is a possibility. It doesn't necessarily mean anything by itself, but may be another small sign that he's trying to make his whole speech just enough w/o being too much, and that could mean more.

@MikeWalls7829 Perhaps, but stress can cause many of these small changes, or it could be how he normally talks. Unless one has examples of his 'normal' speech patterns, like before this happened, it's much more difficult to tell.
