I know you're concerned ma'am, but why is your face on the video so much? It's not some selfie, and it's not about you! Finally at :11 you show some relevant footage, so keep doing that instead of blocking half of the screen with your face.

@lizb4156 Your Comm skills are sad, so you have no right to criticize anyone else. Try using familiar terms to start with, not some local abbreviations or slang. get a clue and knock off the rudeness too.
