These religious zealots are how we got the Inquisition, the Crusades and even Manifest Destiny; proof that religion and government must stay separate because man cannot do both together.   10. Too many kids with nothing to do and tough family situations are often easily pressured into joining gangs. It's so sad. "..and these are children". That's a very-outdated POV, I'm afraid, and all sorts of little monsters have gotten off scot-free as minors for...well, pretty much forever. Past time to redefine crime laws, and how people think of minors.

  11. I can't wait to see this full documentary! This child didn't belong anywhere near even the lowest of clearances, and that means the military is fully unfit to hire their own staff! More importantly(?), why did this kid have NO PROBLEM BLABBING IT ALL and knowing in advance it could keep him out of the job? So, he's a huge liar too!

  12. I hope Will Lyman is around for quite a while. He has such a great voice, and he communicates with it so well. Evenly-paced, serious yet reserved, almost no tonal changes. Superb once again, and I do know.

  15. The release of so much methane even before the disaster of fracking is staggering. Methane's lesser dissipation time is irrelevant; it's not only around long enough, but coupled with the self-perpetuating cycle of increasing climate chaos, we've already lost the battle thanks to big-pig oil. We have to change and adapt to a new hothouse world, or perish.

  16. I watched this in 2013, it's utterly disgusting but fully typical for cheap companies who hire disreputable managers who are allowed to get away with this. No job in some foreign country is worth this, especially if you snuck into that country and have few, if any, help you can go to.

I love those San Juan Islands, and abhor whale 'watcher'-nuisances and every ship that goes through there leaking who knows what, with too many crowds everywhere infringing on nature with very little clue just tons of arrogance and selfishness. This is incredibly disheartening, and just one more sign of the end, because most of human kind is not even close to being smart enough nor selfless enough to ever stand any chance of doing what is needed, even though almost all of the tipping points are past and beyond reversing. EVERY DAY I'm glad I've had a sweet and long life way before the horrors of today. Those few of you smart enough, best adjust to this new hothouse world now: lose weight, save water, buy and wear white, loose-fitting garments including the head just like they must do in the desert countries. Learn to take a siesta and work more at night, and move away from coastlines and out of current desert cities. Or, don't, and just be one of the roughly 7.21659 billion others who stand little chance of adapting and surviving either.

I've dealt with loss and death all of my life, since I have dogs.  We are ALL of us, EVERY day, coming closer to death, and it could be today with a car accident or coronary.  To wait hoping that we always have more time is foolish, and people need to understand that.  ALL of the people on this show have had a far happier and better life than I have, yet at the end all they can do is be bummed they can't live longer/forever.  How very very sad, at least my end will be well met after a life spent for other creatures of God.

I'll step up and go to bat for you at any time, sir, and Ms. Cheney as well. You're both modern-day heroes when you should just be doing your jobs without such frenetic "dumbasses" (hell, yes, I loved that you swore twice) and conspiracies to get in the way. I've written a couple of books about courage that need updating, and I will be including some quotes of yours.
