Our prayers for everyone, but I wish that WHEN this happens again, that it'll be one of these two groups that suffer a huge loss and finally might get enough backbone to ignore the lobbying evils and work to end this as soon as possible. No, I don't want it to ever happen, before, now or in the future, but since it will, maybe some good can finally come out of it.

  13. Not safe to be a ref at all. I quit in 2014; I'd seen and heard enough in six HS sports. I got attacked once, and that was that. Good riddance, you kids are on your own, sorry. I tried. Oh, and Rick can bite me, knock off the twinkie defenses; people have been violent at games since the Roman Coliseum, and now we have the net and worldwide coverage plus people who simply have learned to communicate this way, it's why I've studied and taught it all of my life.

The weather is due to extreme climate change which is only worsening exponentially with the release of methane in the permafrost. Scifi films go off of theoretical science scenarios, some of which come true, but so did some of Laugh In's News of the Future. There's plenty to worry about already.
