Google has always ruined it, and most of the big ads that show up before every video are fully spam and scams, like the solar energy panels and now the fake stomach-muscle TENS functions they've added, which comes out every few years once the ones who bought the originals have gone away so that they ads can target others who don't know their totally misleading and full of lying spamming information.

  4. "internet content moderation" LOL. You mean Google's completely biased algorithms that deliberately block some channels while only and over-promoting other ones? When two channels are 'recommended' by the search engine 5-6 times on the very first page, ignoring other, more legitimate ones completely, it's definitely rigged and the company needs to be held liable. It's bad enough they ignore their own TOS violations to the point where anyone who reports too much on the constant crap that gets posted is the one who gets warned not to 'abuse the system,' but to deliberately shut some channels OUT OF the SEARCH ENGINE is just more nonsense they should be held accountable for. Their enabling of bullying and hate speech and spam deliberately lead to suicides and mental health issues, just like the poor girl who killed herself because neither social media nor the principal or superintendent thought they deserved to be stood up for; they were more interested in not getting the bad press which they now have in spades. Do what's right, or get out/leave; period. Even this post will get all sorts of hate speech and attempted bullying attacks, while Google does nothing again but keep sending out spam emails to try this or that new function while they secretly just bend most of us over for our views that aren't yet to 1000 so that THEY make all the money off of our content.
