  7.  @1970joedub  I've been ripped off thrice now by companies that added extra charges to bills after I've signed them off, and no one cared, not the state AG's, the local LE, the Coast Guard that recommended one of them...not a single forking person but me. I was angry and sick enough to be tempted to do some covert retaliations, but I never did. It's everywhere and most everyone.
