  2. You can't make it straight through lights anymore, they're set to turn red and let each direction advance one more light only. It's irritating, especially when people aren't paying attention and driving as they should be. Cops do have quotas, so don't speed at the end of the month, and yes, pal, school zones are school zones 24/7, you're half of the problem when you don't even know the laws. I see people sit at red lights turning right which is completely legal, but they won't turn until it's green whether there's oncoming traffic or not, and then they wait until the other cars have fully stopped, like someone going 5 mph as they stop is suddenly going to shoot forward and hit them. Drive safe, but drive correctly, too; slow drivers cause plenty of accidents, too.
