Me, too, and the wasted-time of 'team-building' exercises and 'homework' I sometimes got. I knew a job where we took time off in December, but were supposed to spend some of that time at the boss's mommy's house for a 'retreat.' ๐๐๐

The 4 day-workout, but you still work 40 hours.

Sure you do, any time you're nervous for anything else.

ย @abysscallstoabyss55ย Sounds like personal problems to me ๐ Like everyone in history doesn't dread going back to work at some basic job

ย @williamwilson6499ย Not even close, so sorry for you. They're nervous, so anytime you get nervous, it's the same physiologically, which your brain knows well. I've been retired longer than you have, and every time I see others who are working, I feel glad because I remember what it could be like.

FYI, everyone here is simply suffering from nervousness, which is completely because jobs are very important so we're anxious as we want to do well and succeed. Knowing that it's a basic human response to anything important helps one to accept it, so don't dread it anymore than it deserves and you'll be better off. By all means don't even watch ridiculous fear-mongering like this! FYI, NBC, "Sunday Scaries" is a ridiculous term. It's one of the most pathetic leads I've seen in 50 years of broadcasting and journalism.

Incorrect! Everyone here is simply suffering from nervousness, which is completely natural because jobs are very important so we're anxious as we want to do well and succeed. Knowing that it's a basic human response to anything important helps one to accept it, so don't dread it anymore than it deserves and you'll be better off. By all means don't even watch ridiculous fear-mongering like NBC's lame 'sunday scaries.'

You can't trick yourself, just find and focus on the parts you enjoy, and take "A Spoonful of Sugar" for the rest.

ย @williamwilson6499ย Of course it does, you're just being contrary, or you seriously just don't get it.
