  3.  @markusmuller6173  They were so out-of-shape, which is why so many cops are so quick to shoot, that they were barely able to breathe after running, and like all cowardly bullies, when they're showed up so easily they just get more angry and much more violent. I know of several chase ends I've seen where the cops are clearly intent on hurting the suspect for daring to flee from them and keeping them chasing them.
