  1. Let's just drop the cell phone laws, too, cops never enforce them and no one follows them, except for a very-occasional few like me. My hybrid's already just a big computer with so many monitors. Why not add some video games for people to play at 90, too?

  2. So, we won't have to slow down as much when we see a cop? Good, it's not like they don't waste the money anyway and then claim they're too understaffed to do anything about lower levels of crime, no matter how strong the case is as in ON VIDEO. Bunch of lazy, worthless nazi-storm troopers.
