Agreed everyone has a unique situation. She has some good points, but in my opinion regrowing gum or bone tissue is more about balanced or adequate levels of nutrients. There is a great nutrient toothpaste called Eucellus I use that has done wonders for my mouth!

@save_from_comments You got it! Sufficient flossing is gently getting the floss between your teeth and then scraping both sides of each tooth to remove plaque & biofilms that may of built up, being careful not to pull the floss too hard against your gumlines.

They are not back 100% yet but continuing to regrow plus feel and look super healthy. All good signs! Takes years and years for gums to recede and makes sense it will take a few years for them to normalize and come back, just so that they are moving in the right direction makes me happy! @1anythingandeverything

@vins7cv139 I use the Eucellus PRO-GUM product and it has completely halted my gum recession and improved my oral health a ton. My gums are nice and pink and healthy looking! I think to completely reverse gum recession my overall bone health has to be improved on a systemic level so I'm working on that currently....
