I seen the transcripts as it unfolded that judge was biased beyond belief he overruled everytime on the defendant and yet sustained every time on the prosecution. I’m not going to get into where he told Alina to shut up and sit down and “ I make the rules around here “ the judge was a total nut job and hopefully it’ll be squashed in appellate court.
