He won't prevent gay people from marrying. He won't give tax breaks to only the rich. He won't incite violence or try to overturn elections with violence. When there's low voter turnout, people suffer. Abortion is healthcare. My Mom would have died without legal abortion. The GOP fascists (Maga) are a clear and present danger.

  6. I volunteered for Bernie in 2020. I was devastated when all the corporate Dems rallied around Biden and the DNC propped him up. However.. This Nov 8th, as an Independent voter, I will be voting Blue straight down the line. Democrats are far from perfect. But they are at least willing to: Support a woman's right to choose. Support LGBTQ equality. Protect Social Security. And they don't storm the Capitol and attempt to overthrow elections. Please remember those facts. #VoteBlueNov8th #UnionStrong #Prochoice

Democrats have problems but Republicans literally strip people of rights, like overturning Roe v Wade. But Dems, although flawed, are a hundred times better than the GOP who take away a woman's rights over her body, give extremely wealthy people tax breaks, are homophobic and incite violence. #VoteBlueNov8th

  19. It's frustrating but I focus on people who usually don't vote. I explain we cannot sit this one out. Republicans have already taken away women's reproductive rights, and are threatening Social Security. They also deny scientific evidence of climate change and they incite violence. They also don't care if people can't afford mediation. The choice is clear on Nov 8th..vote Blue!

Bernie's list of achievements since the time he was a mayor is way too long. They gave him a nickname: Amendment King. That's because he's always been willing to work with the other side and work for what's best for the people. Union progress under Biden/Harris is heavily influenced by Bernie. Getting prescription drugs lowered, and pushing for tuition-free college, Bernie. Working toward universal healthcare covering dental, hearing, and glasses...Bernie. His name isn't on every bill because he doesn't give a crap who takes credit for it, as long as it helps the people.

  48.  @8bitprogramming216 Bernie's #MedicareForAll is cheaper than our current system. Right now we have a middleman, Private Insurance Billionaires, interference between a patient and the doctor. That middleman takes his cut and makes more billions. (BTW the source that his plan is cheaper is The Lancet, a medical journal respected worldwide.) Every other major country has universal healthcare. They can't even comprehend the words "medical debt"... And stop with the "3 houses" 🙄 Bernie's home is in VT, but he works in DC, so he has a modest condo for work. (Otherwise it would be quite a long commute. ) His wife inherited a summer cottage. Bernie's got no issues with people making money and getting rich. He just wants them to pay their fair share of taxes. Ask yourself why billionaires pay less taxes than the working class. Ask yourself why the US military budget is so bloated and what it's being spent on..
