  3. As soon as I saw the photos of Tyree seated, it was so obvious the restraint wasn't down far enough. I also saw the raw video footage. Horrible. First of all, the ride's design is terrible. Other freefalls have either an additional restraint at the waist, or have the shoulder restraint extend and lock between the rider's legs. Most thrill rides have a sample seat before getting in line for the ride. If someone is too big or small, they can't even get in line. What happened to Tyree is negligence. RIP Tyree
