  4. ​​ @47_the_boss Fetterman has aphasia, which means he has difficulty getting his thoughts out quickly. People who have had strokes or traumatic brain injury have it. It can be treated and improve. It has no effect on their intelligence whatsoever. They just get their words out slower, until they recover. BTW Fetterman has a Masters degree from University of Connecticut. He's brilliant.
