Where tax rates on the Wealthy was in the 90% range and we had the greatest middle class ever, an education and healthcare system the entire world envied & a manufacturing base that made products that lasted. At this point we need a complete system overhaul.

Only a complete system overhaul is going to change anything. And the ones benefiting from the statue quo are not going to willingly give it up. We are in for some harder times ahead.
