  1. It's time to start a conversation about derelict of duty by the elected leaders. When terrorists want to terrorize, burn, loot and murder, you need force to stop them. The state is given the monopoly of the use of force, because we expect the state to wield that force to stop injustice in a neutral, objective way. When the state fails to do so, they have no justification for the monopoly of the use of force, and it falls back on the citizens. That kid should not be dragged to court before mayors and governors respond for their derelict of duty.
