The fact this plagiarism was made for profit, makes things even worse for the criminal. All TIK has to do is to make an official report to Brazilian authorities; he should seek legal advice on how to best do it from the UK.

You can take the profits from his crime, plus restitution for your legal costs. You've asked us Brazilians to do something; unfortunately, if you don't make a legal accusation against him, the plagiarist can actually sue us for defamation. The Brazilian justice is very flawed, often criminals get to sue people for denouncing their crimes.
