  1. ESR came up with his own trojan horse, called Open Source, designed specifically to undermine the Free Software movement. ESR used many lies to promote OS over FS: "Open Source is cheaper, it's more optimized, has less bugs, has more features, than proprietary software." It completely discarded the principle of "Freedom." The lies convinced many companies to adopt the term, knowing full well the public didn't know the difference. It's no wonder, the "Open Source" brand means nothing these days; people talk about "open source military intelligence", "open source encyclopedias", "open source social networks", etc.

  2. You know what else is a code of conduct? Laws. The Code of Conduct we see in projects are nothing but laws implanted by Marxists to subvert the organization. They're written to look exactly like laws, describing various crimes, their severity, their enforcement, the appropriate punishment, the "legal recourse" the accused has (if any), etc. Don't go thinking that "politics" means something bad; it literally just means "the act of negotiating how to live together." You can only live free of politics if you're a hermit living alone in a cave, or if you're the king and you don't need to negotiate anything.

  3. Free Software has always been a political movement. CoC is just Marxist politics invading and taking over. And you know what? Open Source is also a political movement, invented to combat Free Software politics. Open Source was a trojan horse to sabotage Free Software long before Code of Conduct politics was invented. And to this day, fools keep bundling Open Source with Free Software.

  4. A Code of Conduct is a victory flag, planted by Communists on organizations they've successfully infiltrated and subverted. It acts both as a manifesto (attracting more comrades to completely overthrow what remains of the original institution), and as a constitution (overruling any internal regulations or even coercing members to break the law). I have never seen any organization recover from a Code of Conduct. Some collapse faster than others, some linger around for longer. It's just like the mold you see on the food on the fridge; by the time you notice it, the germs already won, it already spoiled.
