  1. Melanie could careless about what her 'winning' husband does. She started a relationship with him for his money and the prestige she thought it would give her. The prestige part isn't working out so great. What she is angry with Donald about, now, is him, most likely, losing most of their money. I am surprised she hasn't bailed already before he does lose most of his money when the court cases are all said done.
