  3. My husband and I have been here in Florida four years. It is a hell hole of ignorance, imbeciles, white supremacists and hateful people. We are debating if we want to stay. We love the weather; but, hate the behavior of more than 50% of the people.

  9. Exactly, my husband worked in a union shop, was a union steward. Many of his co-union members were hardcore Trump fans and Republicans. He pointed out to them constantly how they were voting against themselves. It fell on deaf ears. The unions need to do a much better of educating their members on exactly why supporting Trump and the Republicans is to their and their families great detriment.

  10.  @tannejb1  Unions gave America their middle class; period end of story. Study history and the fight unions and their members put up to get workers fair wages, decent benefits. Back then, things often got violent because the money barons wanted get wealthy off of the backs of the workers; and, they did. The unions were the key to getting American workers what they deserved. Sadly, things have gone backwards for American workers when unions were busted; by sending our good paying jobs overseas. Our current generations will not do as well as my generation did because unions have been knocked down with that massive exit of great jobs to third world countries where they abused and exploited workers the way large manufacturing plants and large corporations abused workers years ago. Greed is horrible thing; it destroys societies and that people that live in them.

  12. I am almost 70 and I am as Progressive as you are David. We live in Florida in a upscale middle class neighborhood. We are surrounded by whack-job Republicans. But, across the street from us is a very spry 80+ plus couple. The man is a born and raised Floridian (a rather rare breed) here in Florida. They are as progressive as my husband and I are. Because of some the of the crazy things that happened in our neighborhood with these radical Republicans; we became friends with them and the more we got to know each other the more we shared that we were progressive Democrats. They were delighted to hear that. We are delighted to have them as neighbors as well. There is a ray of hope for a better tomorrow in Florida.

You can simply believe and live by the Golden Rule: 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you'...basic human decency. What I abhor is someone who pushes their religion on someone else. It is estimated there are around 4000 religions in the world. Which one is the one and only right religion? That number of religions, in and of itself, indicates religion has very little meaning.

  37. Thank you, David, for bringing Tristan Snell on your show. The story of the corruption with Trump University has been forgotten. First, a question, "Why are all the major media outlets not interviewing this gentlemen to remind the American people of this rotten scam Trump perpetuated on the American public (and probably some foreign students, as well)?" It is so incredulous that the Republic Party has this despicable man representing them to become our next President of the United States. Again, thanks for bringing this forgotten story about Trump back to our attention. Thank Mr. Snell for coming on David's show and reminding us of the scam Trump perpetuated with his Trump University.

  38. Dr. Phil is a horrible human being and used people's plight to enrich himself his entire time on his Dr. Phil Show. He exploited people by paying people to air their dirty laundry on his show. He exploited families by exposing a family member that had a dire problem and exposed that person's problem to a national and international TV audience. It is despicable the harm he did to individuals and families. I liked his show in the being until I realized how he was incredibly exploiting victims. I could no longer bear to watch his show. Blaring example of his incredible exploitation of an individual: Shelly Duvall (suffering from mental illness; Dr. Phil exposed her illness on national/international television).

  41. How about this? You have to check the size of your carryon in a unit to see if it fits. So, if a person is morbidly obese, there should be a test seat for them to fit in before they board. They should be denied boarding on the plane because they didn't buy two seats to accommodate their size. The airlines to did this would have to clearly state the width of their seats when tickets are purchased and told at that time if you do not fit in one seat at boarding; you would be denied boarding of the airplane if you didn't buy two seats.

  50. I love what Mark said about the importance of your show, David; and, Brian Tyler Cohen's show. Both of your shows are outstanding and I watch them every day. Both are so informative and put out such important and relevant information; you have excellent guests, as well. You are so spot on, Mark, the Democrat leadership really doesn't get it. Kamala Harris should have been on both these shows frequently.
