If there are gathering of more then 4 people in public areas, one has to apply to police for permits to hold any gathering. If not will be punish by anti terrorist law. And arrest without court proceeding. And jial for life imprisonments and to be canning for 50 strokes of canning....???chinas new anti terrorist law is very fair and human..??
