Gaurantee your peace, and faithfully protect you all.. and your and can build your army to be very strong and powerfull, built more and many bombs, war gears, supersonic ballastic missiles, and nuclear rocket ballastic missiles..and for hk and macau, you can lease bigger piece of lands from near provinces. For your defence use.. and you all can has right to first strike enemys, who want to bully you or provoke you.. and if you can win and conquer the enemy is very good.
