  5. We suggest that mighty china put more money into the aircrafts and airlines and airlines safety industry and research and development of air and spaces crafts industries???.. So mighty china must has many universities to provide research and development for the airlines and airspace industries pump more many into this new technology and spaces stations industries and to generate new incomes on the new industries ???.. First by giving more local chinese scholarship loans to study in the new universities in the space and airlines ??... like usa loan to students and they has to pay back with interest but maybe china can give loans with lesser interest rates so that the students can payback and not be sadden by the loans that usa students are very sad about paying back with very heavy interest attach to it?????.....
