Cause many chinese feels that need to has more lands for themself, and only when war starts, and it become free for are to turn the tide..... So the best way is for japan , koreas, taiwan peoples, to down their guns, and allow chinese or north korean army to march into your nation, to allow human loses, and you will not sufer any loses....
