  1. Hey Rey, if you looking at dipping your toe part time to see how it goes why don't you consider a small service truck and doing mobile repairs? Minimum overheads compared to a lease on an industrial building and if things do take off then look at getting a shop. Saying that I'm a mobile forklift mechanic so I'm used to working out the back of van rolling around in the dirt all day 😂
