Honestly, I don't think this guy thought it was his right to harass people like a male Karen. It seems more like he was deliberately just trying to goad a response out of someone to justify pulling that trigger. He had a history of this several times in the past l.

Yup, got that impression too. The way he thinks he knows how to talk to the cop's on a technical level, the way he seems to know the intricate details of fire arm self defense. The previous 3 events with road rage incidences with him drawing his gun. This guy in my opinion was just looking for altercations to get into and trying to provoke the other person into a response that he thought would justify him discharging his firearm. Ironically and without realising it, I think Markeis was the one standing up to the loud mouth bully that day, not Durkeri.

@jaylee1591 People are so entitled it's pathetic, people think their entitled to park in a disabled spot but at the same time people are so entitled they genuinely think their some authority figure that can intervene at the slightest injustice. I was brought up if somethings directed at you, get stuck in. But if doesn't concern you (petty things) you mind you own god damn business.

@Professionally_Correct Exactly, you don't just push someone to the ground and walk away, unless you want to be sucker punched in the back of the head 🤷♂️.

@Justinsatiable Markeis may have made the first physical move, but Drejka started the altercation. If some guy started screaming in my wife/partners face I would have probably done more than shove him. Let's face it, that's why he screamed at his wife, he knew it'd get the bigger reaction, its a male pride/spouse defense thing and most of us know it. You can't provoke someone deliberately then claim self defense when it escalates and a bullet isn't the next level response to being pushed. Regardless, Drejka pulled his gun and Markeis backed up, if he'd stepped towards him again then things might be a little 'greyer' but if you shoot someone who's backing down, your f@&ked.
