  1. I can never understand why self tracking trailers havent caught on in the USA. As someone from the UK i understand why you have such ridiculous axle spacing on your heavy haul trailers (bridge laws ect) but the lack of actual steering axles makes no sense to us. I see so many videos on YouTube of US truckers struggling to get a regular size lowboy around an inner city corner and cant help think if they had self tracking trailer axles they'd it'd slip right around that corner without the driver even having to think.
