  1. As an avid captalism supporter, i think non compete agreements should be banned because they're not capitalist. If i leave your company and your clients feel they will get better value with me then maybe you need to have a look at your own business and the value it provides instead of using the legal equivalent of missles to shoot me before i even get off the ground.
