  1. One thing many of you in the USA 🇺🇸 might not realise in the uk 🇬🇧 is that during this pandemic anyone with a mortage can apply for a 3 month mortgage payment break/defferal, so even better - Landlords don't have to pay THEIR mortgages for 3 months, but still want to collect your rent.
