Seriously though people, waken the fuck up, this isn't no shock, these kinda practices have being going on with all sorts of products in industry since the dawn of time. And to the maker/investigator of this video, I hope that wasn't the actual service code you showed in the manual, because if it was Taylor most likely will sue you for theft of intellectual property. Infact, just possessing that manual if your not a Taylor service engineer can be considered theft of intellectual property. Fckers got it sewn up tight, and thousands of other industries do the same thing.
