  1. Shouldn't even be an option to drop charges if it happens right in front of the cops. Pretty sure here in the UK the police will press the charges if you refuse too in the same circumstance.

  6. #45 I dont know if such insurances exist in North America but here in the UK its extremely important to get 'gap insurance' if you lease a car or buy it on a finace plan - if the car gets totalled it gurantees any short fall between the insurance payout and the outstanding finance/lease value so at least you dont now have to pay the finance on 2 vehicles
