  1. Here (wait for it) I had a two story 3000 square foot custom villa built this year. Gorgeous serene peaceful natural rural area surrounded by Mountain View’s. Walls - Brick, covered by cement, covered by plaster both exterior and interior all by hand, no prefab, no wood studs, no drywall, no plywood. All modern materials used in finish (doors, windows, cabinets, closet built ins, elec, plumbing, lighting, etc etc etc….) Comprehensive legally binding build contract with a 5 year warranty. Price? Right around $100K. Same house in America? $500-$650K without breaking a sweat. Where? Vietnam. Side bonus: No property taxes here
