  26. I’ll be 65 in a few months. My gorgeous trad Vietnamese wife is under 40. Obviously for men getting older is irrelevant as we retain value forever. Obviously I still got it, my wife was not some dirt poor desperate to escape poverty Filipina. She sincerely thinks “I’m Hot” because well I still am. Helped to be athletic my entire life and again well.

And no, I savvily made it so miserable for my ex to remain in the house (no kids) she left and I enjoyed peace and quiet for several months before the divorce was finalized with her responsible for paying half the mortgage payment for leaving voluntarily all that time. There are ways. The house was then sold and the profit which wasn’t exorbitant was split 50/50.
