  2. This country needs to stop treating these animals like victims that will be okay if we just give them one more chance - that gets people killed. Prison should be a place you never want to go; chain gang, beans and potatoes, an 8x6 cell, no cigarettes, no commissaries, no nothing. Hell, many live better than the honest citizen.
