In Kenya women representative seats are being considered irrelevant as the women managing them are busy squandering the resources given to them some women governors have also been caught in corruption cases and scandals. You also seem to forget that jobs are mostly offered to women especially in the modern world based on being 'Female' other than merit, schools enroll girls with lower pass grades than boys for the same exams. Many men especially in Africa are unemployed in favour of the girls, there are many NGO groups in Kenya that are for the girlchild and none for the boychild. The list is endless.
