i love rice pudding along with fried or just steamed with soy sauce. Our Japanese food trailer got into trouble with the food police. For not maintaining proper food storage temps selling spoiled chicken. Made some patrons very sick with food poisoning. Either got sued or they shut em down. Aww man i’m like why a simple replace the refrigeration unit replace the food keep on keeping on. I’m like you’re going. to run a food truck or trailer you have to maintain clean work health environment. Rules are rules.

i’ve hiked a few park trails. but it depends on how well their maintained. poison oak, sumac, and ivy creates a very itchy rash long lasting you have to use calamine lotion. and special bath soap. then you have ticks. seed ticks [due to their size] you have to check yourself for them. even with spray still. tick bites was a new one on me but can kill. if you can risk that good luck. i tend not to hike. then their are poisonous snakes 🐍 which kinds, cotton mouths due to the white color inside, copper heads they have a brown tinge to them /banding. among others depending on which state you live in. it’s best to wear snake proof boots. a lot of these snakes will blend in the foliage. another is diamond back rattlesnake theirs tails rattle when agitated or your too close. those snakes as i mentioned especially the diamond back you have to get shots made from the venom called anti venom.

reading ehh got burnt out but occasionally i looked for Christian reading 📖 but i was big into Dan Brown books but since he isn’t writing anything new i watch tv mostly Ancient Aliens both history and trying figure out how an Ancient society built or did something without modern help. Mostly Sponge Bob. The old cartoons of my childhood aren’t on Disney isn’t putting anything out you gotta hope their app is working if you want 1950’s -40’s original stuff. History stuff the problem is they repeat stuff i like history good n plenty but move to the next thing

my mother grew tomatoes 🍅 but it got too hot we did manage to get a few. you either have to wait on farmers markets seasonal stuff like watermelon 🍉 or wait n see what grocery stores get. garden grown stuff taste better. to get squash etc. road side stands support them in their hard work.
1
this time of year some states do pumpkin 🎃 patches and size growing contests. win prizes, cash for biggest and heaviest. i don’t know 🤷♂️ if you can do anything with them besides save the seeds or roast them.
1
nope no acupuncture not going to either.
1
you can make egg plant french fries.
1
i’ve had it a few times a fast food place called Arby’s has made sandwiches out of it smoked.
1
yes i like red 🫘 when it’s made into red bean n rice 🍚 dish with sausage.
1
leave the skins im a weirdo i eat the skins after baking after you wash d dry them add sour cream, butter 🧈, salt, pepper, or creole seasoning especially mashed potatoes you use butter, and evaporated milk or cream after boiling tender put into mixer some like it lumpy some smooth. add dried garlic powder to taste. or some hand mash [more work] but for seasonings one time one way next another. Cut a slit down the middle add what ever. My mother does a Salt bed wraps it in foil bakes at 350 for about hour or until a fork 🍴 can be pierced easily and removed. you discard the salt. Sweet potato 🍠 i don’t like unless that’s used once a year for thanksgiving but made into chips depends on the maker are ok.
1
since getting older yes i’ve started liking vegetables 🥦 more. Some things i’ll tolerate better now. Used to i’d shimmy gag eating left over pizza 🍕. I ‘d pick off olives 🫒, onion 🧅 bell peppers. Now it’s better than nothing.
