  1. no i’ve not. This is fascinating to watch though. Watching pro chefs on tv in the past the made head cheese it’s not cheese made from dairy. They make it into a block loaf 🍞 slice off slivers it has other stuff mixed in. You gotta get out of your comfort zone after you watch how to make it then try it. No i can’t say i like radishes tastes probably has changed by now but usually brain goes nope you still don’t
