  1. either neighborhood kids bought a ton of fire works. or their stealing them. because after the fourth or close to the fourth they can sell but outside city limits. then they illegally transport them into the neighborhood. city ordinances. just not enforced. but these mortars that being bought are for professionals death in the news from one detonating from the concussion blast. some states are illegal to possess much less fire off without i’m sure permits. one retired nurse said teens kids came in all the time with burns etc. horror story my mother knew of someone who lost his thumb nail from pre mature detonation. got lucky. what bugs me to is scared pets having panic attacks heart attacks,strokes or seizures. from being scared so bad. my cocka-poo went absolute panic shake panting heavily holding her did nothing. we had to ride around in the car till she quit panic stricken. least now she’s partially deaf. these kids literally are being cruel to animals. pets. could care so less.
