  2. Well I got thinking he was either on something off of meds suicide by cop. But the tasers have a restriction after each zap ⚡️ catalogs it if he withstood that much. Voltage may have been low or bad batteries. Because when officers have been dropped with one zap. Why not use non lethal rounds hurts just as bad. I think use this video as training. Because he could be deaf. Yes officers are trained to re act. A martial arts expert in this case would dis arm rather shoot. Save the paper work and doc evaluations etc. then you have to explain to God some day why you killed this person. That’s someone’s family member that’s sick. So please holster your glock. If it was a shoot out at ok corral that’s one thing knives can be shot with non lethal.
