The good thing about Oscar? He fought just about all the best fighters of his era. The bad part? He lost to just about all of them, lost to Mosley (twice), Felix Trinidad, Bernard Hopkins, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, and was lucky to get decisions over a faded Pernell Whitaker, Felix Sturm, and Ike Quartey. Best wins over a face-first Fernando Vargas and elderly Julio Cesar Chavez. Good fighter? Sure. Great? No way.
