The future does not belong to "Governor" Abbott or Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who apparently are satisfied with keeping things the way they are with their "prayers and condolences" BS every time there is a mass shooting.   8. Yeah,...save the 'prayers and condolences' speech, Governor Patrick. It rings hollow and insincere and gets nothing accomplished. Go do something useful and pass meaningful gun control legislation, and then I'll start to believe you're something more than just a scared puppet for the NRA.
