And then they wonder why developers and business owners have largely ignored that area since the LA Riots back in 1992. Who in their right mind would want to own a business in that neighborhood?

@brucewestoby It's really a self-destructive type of behavior. I don't understand it. Even in 1992, the response from that neighborhood stemming from the Rodney King verdict was to burn their own houses down, and destroy businesses and storefronts that served the local community.
