Why, oh why, does Chuck Todd jump out of his seat and continue to interrupt his guests while they're getting their point(s) across? It's really cringeworthy.
5
More peaceful BLM...
5
There are plenty of jobs out there. The problem is everyone wants to be a social media and youtube star.
5
@eradico2098 I think it's his ego. He's really not paying attention and just wants to complete his thoughts. It's cringeworthy sometimes.
4
What a special moment for both. They will be talking about this the rest of their lives.
4
@ronrolph Sounds like the only one who's butthurt is you since your hero got his pink slip in November. Maybe you should skip your covid vaccine shot and relief check, because Trump thought it was all a hoax.
4
Thank you Wisconsin! Thank you Michigan! Thank you Arizona!
4
Senator Rick Scott is a typical dyed in the wool republican--they love their new roads; love new schools and buildings; love to breathe clean air and drink clean water; and love a strong, robust military. They just don't want to pay for any of this.
4
@markfairbanks3533 Funny.
4
@roseannpeters8722 Sorry. She gets zero sympathy from me.
4
The United States to Trump: You're fired.
4
History will deal with "Cancun" Ted harshly.
4
Governor Cuomo has nothing to apologize for. There are some deeply damaged people out there like stray dogs who take signs of affection the wrong way.
4
@williamkerr2121 The world will be celebrating when you and Donald are in a pine box.
4
Why isn't Donald Trump in prison?
4
@billwalsh388 That's not what I said, dunce. Whenever race is injected into the case, and that becomes the primary focus for both sides, then the chances of the defendant (especially if he is white) receiving a fair trial are slim to none. If the judicial system does not appease the BLM mobs, then guess what happens to the surrounding cities and businesses, and residences? That's what's become of our society. Black folks have weaponized their skin color. As for Chauvin, he is the victim in this all, not George Floyd.
4
@phoslurperr I agree. I enjoy the sheer hypocrisy of those calling for less government and a laissez-faire economy. They're usually the first ones to line up hat-in-hand looking for Uncle Sam to bale them out when things go south, not to mention receiving their vaccine shot. Given the profit motive and left to their own volition, less government oversight usually results in corruption and chaos--as was demonstrated by the previous administration. But there's a delicate balance between too much and too little government oversight.
4
@elizabethbednar6338 ...and you must be really sick to admire a traitor to our country and our rules of law. There. We're even.
3
@tenta20 That's exactly what we're seeing. Trump unwittingly made it easier for the democratic party to win future elections by dividing the republican party into the "Old Guard" republican party and the far right, conservative Christian, radicalized republican party. This has been evolving since Ron Reagan was POTUS in the 1980's. Trump just provided the coup de gras.
3
Ben Carson has been a bitter disappointment since taking up politics. Peter Principle.
3
As long as people define and equate their "American Dream" to property ownership, we will continue to see unqualified buyers becoming overleveraged and subsequently defaulting on their loans when the inevitable correction occurs and their house value drops by 50%+. Of course, there will be unscrupulous loan officers, listing agents, and banks who will rubberstamp any deal they see just to collect a commission. Saw it in 2006, and will probably see it in the next year or so.
3
Accomplish "alot of good things for the American people..." Please name me one thing Trump accomplished for the American people. Anyone?
3
Joe Biden has been assigned a "Mission: Impossible" task of trying to convince all these brain-washed Trump supporters their guy lost fair and square. Why even bother?
3
@wdeanshook7927 This is a fantasy and we are seeing more and more mergers and acquisitions nowadays that eliminate competition with local government's blessings.
3
All of this over an ideological difference between a bully governor with presidential aspirations, and a company whose goal is corporate, political, and cultural hegemony. I hope they both lose.
3
@Ritt Jack The Biden administration is Camelot compared with the utter chaos we had with the previous administration.
3
Once again, science appears to be overcoming our collective ignorance as a country.
3
I believe the republicans would have fared better with someone less divisive than Larry Elder, like maybe Bill Cosby, Charlie Sheen or Harvey Weinstein. Elder would have made a great governor...about 60 or 70 years ago. Not now.
3
And yet they wonder why they are profiled so much?
3
@mimzymoop1485 Most people working under trump were forced to do and say things they didn't want to. Trump was an awful leader...any way you look at it.
3
Romney was trying to say that the republican party has been overrun by the disenfranchised, uneducated white male voter who wants to take our country back to the way it was in the 1800's.
3
Proud of our new president. Joe was all but forgotten before Super Tuesday, and his rise to the top should be considered one of the great comebacks in U.S. political history!!!!
3
For context, the news should include reported airplane passenger violence pre-pandemic. Five thousand reports of unruly passengers doesn't mean anything in and of itself. Compared to what?
3
Degree inflation is a real thing. Now, many colleges have lowered their reputations by offering online classes and worthless degrees. College degrees are basically something you bring up at a party or social gathering to impress your friends, but little beyond that.
3
We were all doomed once the virus became politicized by this moron we have as president.
3
"Weather Vane" Mitt will, undoubtedly, be approaching Biden hat-in-hand soon asking for a cabinet position, the same way he approached Trump.
3
Society loses with this unfortunate decision. Long term studies revealed a decrease in crime 15-20 years after Roe v. Wade was the law of the land. Conversely, we could look forward to an increase in crime and juvenile delinquency as these unwanted children born to irresponsible, absent parents reach adulthood.
3
Cuomo's fall from grace in such a short time is astonishing to me, having represented to voice of reason and reassurance during our darkest days last year. What will be his legacy?
3
@tomtucker2450 This move would most certainly lead to another civil war. Besides, no credible evidence has been presented showing the election was anything but legitimate.
3
The country cannot wait until January 20th, and the POTUS needs to be removed immediately by invoking the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
3
Ahhh. finally. A civil conversation from a seasoned politician and not some charlatan.
3
@jeremygibson6063 Unfortunately youtube prevents me from saying what I and most level-headed people feel.
3
India's had it bad this year.
3
@CanYouRememberWhen I don't understand it. It's really uncomfortable when he cuts someone off and they're talking over each other. When someone does that to me I walk away.
2
@raptango_na6199 You're wrong. She was part of an unlawful insurrection trying to overthrow a lawful election. That officer had the right to empty his magazine. In war times, she would have been swinging like the others.
2
@hi.7330 What possible reason would the government have to inflate the covid numbers? Please remove your tin-foil hat.
2
@hi.7330 please provide data and sources for your claim. Oh, that's right. You don't have any.
2
@MachiavellisThePrince They are not all politicians. Talking over someone is never a good idea when conducting an interview. It's almost cringeworthy to watch and hear. She just needs to shut her mouth and listen to her guests. Chuck Todd does the same thing, as a matter of fact.
2
@carloscarlos7044 Try buying a pair of shoes, a shirt, or any other article of clothing that wasn't made outside the U.S. Good luck. Or the next time you call your credit card company, guess where that call center is located? We are in a race to the bottom.
2
On this day of remembrance, let's not forget it was two republican senators, Rand Paul and Mike Lee, who tried to block permanent funding for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. Thank you, Jon Stewart.
